III RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES
1. Internship Program - KGPT is proud to give high school and college students the opportunity to experience all aspects of the world of television - from master control to production to sales. During this reporting period the station had 6 interns as follows:
Spring 2007 - 2 high school and 1 college student in master control
Summer of 2007 - 3 high school in sales assistance
